(1) The Technical Support Department of the Customer Service Center has a 7 * 24-hour remote support center on duty. Customers can contact us at any time if they have any questions. Staff can remotely operate and maintain the equipment in real-time.

On site support service

1. After confirming the customer's service request, if Huaxing Electronics cannot resolve the technical malfunction of the equipment through telephone support, and after mutual consultation, it is determined that on-site troubleshooting is necessary, Huaxing Electronics will send experienced engineers to the site to analyze the cause of the malfunction, develop a troubleshooting plan, and ultimately eliminate the fault.
